TODAY'S SIGNAL
The June executive order established a voluntary process for testing the cyber capabilities of certain frontier models. Later reporting said the process was limited to certain closed-source models meeting classified thresholds.
The useful question is not simply whether a model was reviewed. It is what model class qualified, which risks were tested, and what independent evidence exists for everything outside that review.
